Mr. Bhagwat Rai president of Manav Vikas Samiti started his educational voyages with few children in 1984 in an undeveloped suburb of Sakinaka, Mumbai.
Today under his able leadership samiti have bloomed with –

                3. Allen Junior College of Science and commerce.

In 1984 school was started with two rooms, today have turned in two buildings and a special ground which is also known as “Ram Leela Maidan “.
